Host control that provides a Skia drawing surface and a DrawingManager to host Skia components.

`bool BlockOverlappingDrops`	Property	If true, component creation will be blocked when the new component's bounds overlap an existing component. Default false: overlaps allowed (prevents silent disappearance when dropping in same area).
