Installer
An installer generator for .NET Windows applications that builds Setup.exe, MSIX, ClickOnce and WiX-based MSI from one .bsetup project, with signed delta updates.
Installer (.NET 10) turns one human-editable .bsetup project into a self-contained Setup.exe with an install wizard, an MSIX package, a ClickOnce publish folder, or WiX source with MSI, MST and MSP output; the same executable is both the builder and the Setup runtime. Its command line also exports WinGet manifests, Intune and ConfigMgr deployment kits, offline layouts, and SPDX SBOM and provenance evidence, with certificate, store or remote code signing. For self-update it publishes hash-verified feeds and signed delta packages that the Data Management Engine's update service applies, and it ships drop-in WinForms and WPF update dialogs. An optional ASP.NET Core update server adds staged rollout, telemetry, token-gated downloads and an admin dashboard.
